1.The arraying wire frame instead of  wire barrel does reciprocating motion to array wire and drive wire.

2.The bearing block of the wire barrel connects with work table solidly, which make it little vibration and much  more   smooth and steady.

3.Wire frame and the running wire structure could be produced all in one ,which makes it easy to enclose the electrode  wire and the machine becomes real environmental protection.

4. The operator is parallel with the wire barrel ,which is much more convenient to thread the  wire .

5.The arraying wire frame is designed more light and flexible and linear bearing as the motor element ,which reduces the    friction and wear and highers the roughness .  

6.The wire tightening system is more simple ,easier to operate and the wire could be tightened twice longer than traditional
